About Us
Welcome to the Blue Mountains Badminton Community website! We are a group of badminton enthusiasts located in the picturesque Blue Mountains region of New South Wales, Australia. We have been playing for over 20 years at Katoomba Sports and Aquatic Centre. Our website is dedicated to promoting the sport of badminton and providing a one-stop resource for players of all levels and ages in the local community. We have community games every Sunday from 11 am, additional games are arranged via our Whatsapp group.
Boudi, one of our founding members has passed away, It was a shock to everyone; as he was always energetic on the court and no sign of slowing down even in his 70's. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Everyone is sad about his passing and he will be greatly missed.
